Erin is an associate in the Washington office. She has extensive experience in international commercial arbitrations conducted under institutional and ad hoc arbitration rules across a variety of sectors, including trade credit insurance, hospitality, media and entertainment, and construction. Prior to joining Three Crowns, Erin practiced international arbitration and complex commercial litigation at a leading law firm in Washington, D.C.
Erin’s recent experience includes representation of an Asian media company in a HKIAC arbitration against a Dutch company concerning claims over ownership and alleged misuse of intellectual property; a manager of an Asian integrated casino resort in an UNCITRAL arbitration against the property owner relating to wrongful termination of the management services agreement; and a major insurance carrier in a tripartite ad hoc arbitration against a policyholder and banking institution relating to coverage for the fraudulent sale and repurchase of goods in Mexico.
Erin is admitted to the District of Columbia Bar and holds a J.D. from Washington University School of Law and a B.S. from the University of Maryland.
